video output signal keeps dropping
maybe I received a defective unit, but the video output signal keeps dropping. and when its not dropping, the picture appears with static. will not be buying this brand again

I purchased with high expectations for connencting my sony sound bar.and i connected with my laptop.But optical out is not gave 5.1 audio. Totally disappointed
