Can this be used for POE CCTV cameras? Maximum runs around 200 to 250 feet.

I would advise against it, as this particular product is CCA wiring. That means copper clad aluminum. It is not solid copper. That means degraded performance and not true Cat5e. This is especially a problem as you get closer to the range limit of true Cat5e (100M or 328ft). I would look for Cat5e that is advertised as solid copper and UL Verified for professional use (Using CCA in a commercial setting would be considered highly unprofessional). If you are using this for your home, it is your choice but I still don't recommend it.I would also like to add if you still really, really want to use CCA you can find it cheaper than this (about $40). Solid copper Cat5e costs about $75-$80, making this particular CCA cable an even worse choice because you're not even saving any money.

Can this cable be run aerial? Probable about 35 feet. If so, self support or use a cable with D rings holding the ethernet cable?

The cable is designed for burial, but if you can hang it right, we don't see any reason why it wouldn't work for this. It is not self supporting, so you'll want to have some extra support to hold it up.Thank you!Michael
