A great lubricant
I have used this for several years when performing basic garage door maintenance. It works well on the hinges and the springs to preserve those parts and to quiet the door. It goes on as a foam and seems to penetrate well. You do have to be careful not to spray too much as it will drip.

Spray is amazing, should have bought the 10 pack
The media could not be loaded. I was a little skeptical but saw the video application and reviews and I loved it. This is a great product. It sprays with ease and of course it drips on the door as your open and close it to get it in the coil, but wipes off very easy.I used the whole bottle since my door had not been maintained in over a year and it sounded like screaming witches. I sprayed the coil above the door, the cables, the wheels and the hinges on each leaf. Within 10 minutes it sounded 100 times better. The next day there was barely any sound.Hope they get more in stock too order more for the future. It's recommended to use it every 4-6 months depending on use of door.

Excellent garage door lubricant

Great lubricant and cleaner
I bought spray primarily for my sliding patio door. It works great as a lubricant but it cuts the grime and dirt that gets in the runner. It lasts about a week before I have to put another application on it. It works well and I would recommend it to others.

Great product for more than one reason
I tried several different products to try and get my garage door opener to not make loud noises when it opened and closed and nothing seemed to help. A neighbor recommended this product and it has worked great on my garage door rollers but also to lubricate my windows to make opening and closing much easier
