Arrived Opened -seal/lid failure
The product works great! However, my bottle arrived with the lid completely unscrewed and the “freshness seal” blown off inside the lid. The bottle was additionally sealed inside of a plastic bag so most of the product was still intact and none of it had set, thankfully. Not enough to bother with a return, but still a nasty cleanup job.
