This waterproof hat was purchased for the purpose of being a rain hat. I like the design/shape of the hat, but I wish it was lined with a heavier material to prevent it coming off the head too easily. The neck straps are light weight like shoestrings. The hat fit comfortably and will be used for head protection from the rain as needed. If you are looking for a very light weight hat this is it.

The hat is cute and fit my large (23") head well with enough room in the top for me to tuck in my hair, which I tie up in a high-on-the-head pony tail to keep from getting pool water on my hair during water aerobics. However the hat unfortunately arrived without the cute black and white chin strap shown in the ad. I need the strap to keep my hat in place so I will have to return it.

Works as advertised, and cute to boot. The drawstring has kept it from flying off my head in gusts on several occasions (and know it comes separately and hooks onto the hat,) and it’s also definitely waterproof. Very happy with the purchase.

I like this product, I live in Vegas and it can get hot.

I live in the sunshine. As a result, I have some pre-cancerous spots on my face. Thankfully, they are easily taken off, and I continue along my merry sun filled way. This bucket hat is the only hat I have found to keep my face shaded without diminishing my peripheral vision. My only knock is that the brim isn’t thick enough to hold my magnetic golf ball marker. A small inconvenience. The hat looks great, as well.

Wore this on vacation, great for rain and sunshine. Easy to pack and lightweight. Love it

Haven't used it in the rain yet but it is a well made hat, adjustable for head size with a nice brim and detachable neck strap. Taking it on a trip to Scotland and Ireland this month.

The venting needs to be improved

Love the hat, but thought there was no strap included. Found it on the floor - apparently it sitting in the little pouch and flew out when I opened it! Very comfortable, lightweight, which is what I wanted.
