WoodlinkNABBFDR Audubon Dome Top Seed and Bluebird Feeder

I just received this Woodlink Audubon plastic Dome Top Tray Feeder and put it together, so I cannot provide a “user” review at this time. I am rating it at 4 stars for now as it looks decent and will provide me with a covered tray for feeding mealworms, bark butter bits, black oil sunflower seeds, no-mess blend seed mixes, etc.I measured the Dome to be 11.75 inches in diameter and 3.5 inches high.I measured the Tray to be 7 7/8 inches wide at the top and 6 inches wide at the bottom. The Tray is 1.5 inches in height.The maximum distance between the top of the Tray and the bottom of the Dome is about 4.25 inches. There is about 3.25 inches of threaded rod which can be used to lower the Dome which would mean an opening of about 1 inch between the bottom of the Dome and the top of the Tray.Hope this helps others determine if this would meet their needs.

This product works better with the addition of a rubber gasket between the lid and the wingnut. Otherwise it leaks and the bird seed swims! The metal rusts very quickly in damp weather. Otherwise, happy birds!

This feeder has a shallower dish than the last one I had. It does a great job, just wish the dish were deeper. Other than that, it does do the job...!!

What can I say more. It is sturdy and easy to assemble and is adjustable to the size of birds you want feeding. I can definitely say, living here in the redwood forest where we have dozens of little brown squirrels - the baffled dome definitely keeps them out.

I emailed the seller and sent photos. He emailed back he would replace it (it was 3 months old). Most sellers don't care what happens after you get it. Kudos!
