Work well avoid the spiked ball if using a lot of pressure it can be too much too quick.

The blue ball has absolutely no give to it at all making it uncomfortable to use. Conversely, the rubber ball has too much give. Kinda disappointed.

These massage balls are awesome. Especially the spiky one for the bottom of the feet.

I use these balls to relieve pain and sciatica. I sit or roll on them and the reduce pain and discomfort. It's great after a workout or when you are sore in defined areas.
