Shrimp King Bio TASE Active

I gave it a few days before I wrote this, to see the results. Apparently, this product is very good at adding/growing biofilm. In my 3 shrimp tanks, the shrimp were actively grazing far more than usual. This should be a plus for fry! I also added it to other tanks, where I keep Oto cats. After a few days I noticed that they go bananas grazing all surfaces in the tank. This is an added plus, as Oto cats are harder to feed, and rely on biofilm for food. They REALLY love this stuff. In my eyes this product is win/win! Very happy!

This food is great. One or two tiny scoops a day and when that “snow” starts falling in the water my shrimp go bonkers.It’s so interesting to watch them all dance around.For reference I’m feeding 30 -50 breeding neos, 5 large amano, and 3 juvenile bampo shrimp with this and they are all doing very well.The product doesn’t cloud water or affect the chemistry. It does leave a biofilm as intended, which my snails seem to enjoy very much.

Been using this stuff for years. It’s the only product of this kind that doesn’t negatively impact water quality. Great for baby shrimp as well as adults. It’s my primary baby food and all my tanks get it on the days I don’t feed. Use sparingly but often.This product has none of the Bacter AE die-off issues when using for the first time.

I honestly can't tell what difference this has made but seems to be doing just fine in my aquariums.

My shrimp have acted more spritely, swimming around more when I added this food. There are also new shrimp babies so I’ll keep feeding them this. Also I bought it from a trusted fish seller. Note shrimpie taking a ride on Roomba the snail.
