I am not sure about the taste, but my dog doesn't hesitate to eat the chew when I give it to her and her gut health has definitely improved since she began taking these a few months ago.

My 8-month old puppy got coccidiosis from the dog park in our neighborhood. She won't go again for sure. After over $500 in vet bills, one of the meds prescribed was a probiotic that is popular among the vet community--Fortiflora. My puppy is very picky so when I tried giving it to her a few different times, she sniffed & pulled back--it smells. I am told it works great. Well after a non-refundable $50 for it & not being able to use it, I began my search for a pleasant probiotic for Maggie & more affordable. I hit on PointPet's chewables. I checked with the vet & she said it looked like a good product so I bought it. Maggie loves them. Before they got here, I received an e-mail thanking me for my order, advising me on dosage per size of pet, & offered to answer any questions that I might have.which I thought was very nice that they even e-mailed me. She's a small dog & she gets 2 per day so I cut them in 1/2 & they're gone in no time. I definitely will buy these again!

The scent is less pungent than other products we've checked but that's more a me issue than my 9 yr old pup's - she goes for them better than the more expensive Honesty ones we tried. Unfortunately, our sweet girl's skin & gas issues seem to be more than can be expected to be resolved by over-the-counter medications without vet intervention. On the plus side, they have done her no harm in a month or so, perhaps even improved her mood & energy somewhat as she will nuzzle or paw at the fresh box where I keep her food if I don't put out her3 each morning with kibble. That means when your 9 yr old, 50 lb boxer who is so lovable & smart ask for something, (aside from your baked chicken dinner), you say ,"Yes!".

My Great Danes are my babies so I add these to their daily diet and they love them. They know where I keep them and they will sit and wait for me to give it to them. It would be better if you got more in the container as I need about 3 of these a month for my pack.It keeps them healthy and even the vet has noticed and commented that my dogs are very healthy. It hasn't helped much with gas though, maybe its a lost cause for that but the other benefits are great and they gobble them down.

My Dog had been lost and was returned to me after 7 months. This probotic that I put in her food helped to get her digestive balance back. No more throwing up helps stop the messy stools she was having. It took awhile but it does help to bring balance back to your Dogs Gut Health. Do not use with other additives for joint health when Dog is having digestive problems. The 2 additives conflict with each other.

We ordered a few at a times and they are usually amazing for our aging pupper, but a container we freshly opened was very obviously going bad. What is such a perplexing fact is the lot number and expiration date were not expired. Over time, these probiotics can turn a little white, but this was freshly opened today. The smell, the appearance, etc. is awful. I understand that sometimes flukes happen so we'll try this product one more time but if we get a repeated negative experience, we'll have to order these from Chewy. This product would be a five star across the board if not for this experience.

My dog wouldn't eat these, when I coaxed her into eating them for a few days, they made her sick. She didn't eat for 3 days, had to take her to the vet. They said stop giving them to her.

It's very easy to feed them to my dog because she loves them. They do help her digestion...no more loose stools.
