Although the print is very small, it says made in the USA. I absolutely love this product.

Can this be used under face sunscreen?

I don’t see why not…I’d honestly check the ingredients though and make sure they won’t interact badly with whatever ingredients are in your sunscreen just to be safe, especially if you have sensitive skin. I wear this under my make up without any issues, so I don’t see any issues wearing it under sunscreen, but like I said, I’d recommend double checking that none of the ingredients will react with each other just to be on the safe side.

Does this take away wrinkles and fark circles

I use a different under eye cream (Kiel's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado this is SO good) and don't use this exclusively. I live in a very cold area and have super sensitive skin, breakout with many products, and allergies. I love this for extra hydration. It keeps your skin dewy not oily. I haven't had any allergies, burning eyes, or breakouts. I have used half the bottle and I am assuming it will help with wrinkles by keeping skin hydrated but I haven't used long enough to say for sure. Hope this helps :)
