Great Humidifier
This product it great for larger rooms & really puts out a strong mist. It also works well as a diffuser. The light show is pretty and it's very attractive for a humidifier. I'm very happy with this purchase!

NO MIST!!
I’m sad this is not working as described! I wanted to love this so much! I was so excited to receive it only to find it does not work properly! As much as I wanted it, I don’t think I will keep it!***UPDATE***They sent me a new one and didn’t even ask me to return the other one. The customer service is amazing and they are quick to respond and rectify the situation. The best customer support I seen in a long time. Thank you! The new one works great, the mist is visible and the light creates a great ambiance. It’s perfect for a large room and look forward to purchasing this again to give as a gift. Updated to 5 stars!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love this and very customer oriented company!
Was very easy to set up and get going....and worked perfectly right away! It's not noisy, and the amount of moisture that comes out is great! The knob to change mist settings is very smooth and really has a wide range for output. I highly recommend this product!

No era lo que esperaba.
Al inicio funcionaba super bien, pero al mes de usarlo dejó de salir la niebla, y de funcionar como antes, que decepción . 😕

One use
Final Update:The new diffuser arrived very quickly, and works wonderfully. I've used it a fewroomed, and it's still working great. It gives off a large amount of diffused oil. Keep in mind that because it's a large basin, it will require more oil.I'm very pleased. Thank you!UPDATE:Blue Hills contacted me, and gave me some troubleshooting advice (because the info packet doesn't have any), and it still didn't work. They are willing to send a new one since this is a recent purchase.I'll change my rating from one start to 3 because of the great customer service.I'll do another update once the new diffuser arrives.Worked great the first day I used it. I left for vacation, came home a week later, and it doesn't diffuse.I'm sad.(I still need to extra troubleshooting, but I shouldn't have to after one use. I have used diffusers before, so I'm pretty sure its not user error.)
