Great product with easy set up
Purchased the phone for my elderly neighbour. She is very happy with the set. I found it very easy to set up and also to show her how to use it. Buttons and screen writing is larger so much easier to read. The phones feel sturdy and hopefully will withstand every day use.

Nice phone
The phone looks good and the buttons are big enough for easy use by the elderly, the phone however was not as loud as I was hoping, my mum is very hard of hearing, even with hearing aids, and was no louder than her existing BT normal landline. For someone elderly it is a good phone, unfortunately not suitable for my mum

Not used it yet as cannot get connected.
Looks OK. Having trouble with Vodafone getting me connected,Criticisms: power lead and phone lead too short, about 6 feet only, limiting position.Instruction book very small, 5.5 x 4 inches and 27 pages. Need a magnifying glass to see small print.

Not a good buy for the hard of hearing
I bought these for my elderly mum. She is hard of hearing and her landline phone is the only form of communication she can access in an emergency. Very important for them to live up to the description. They have proved to be a total waste of money and absolutely awful in terms of volume for the hard of hearing. There is always bad crackling on the line during calls and my mum can hardly hear the ring tone let alone any conversation. The only positive was the 3 'M' buttons that she could press in an emergency. I've given up on them and spent more cash on a BT set that I know work really well. Worth it for peace of mind!

Good loud ringtone but crackly sound.
Bought these for elderly parents who struggled to hear traditional phone sets. Louder ringtone are excellent but the sound on two of the three handsets is very crackly when in use. Additional handsets often say out of range, even if on their base units and these are only situated 5 to 6 meters from the main answering machine unit. The three star rating is only given as ringtone is loud, if on sound quality when on a call would be down to a 1 or a 2 at best

too quiet
Disappointing. Although relatively easy to set up. The answer machine was confusing. But the main problem was the volume was much worse than my mums original phone. As this is advertised as for the hard of hearing that's a major defect. Had to return

Seems promising?
Not used it much yet, I found it easy to set up. Also I downloaded the instructions online and printed them to A4 paper, well worth it and much easier to read. I am severely deaf, 86 years old, with two aids so I hope it lives up to it’s promise.

Unable to change country on one hand set
Got the trio set and can not change language on one of the handsets. Tried unplugging base unit and starting setup again but no result, with help of customer support managed to change country so I’m increasing my stars to 4 from 2, when set up may change to 5. If all goes well I would recommend this product
