This helps me relax enough to fall asleep. I used to have insomnia and after some help from wild yam cream, my hormones balanced enough to get me on track. A year later I'm starting to have "anxiety nights" where my mind won't shut down. Instead of getting back on unisom or hormone help again, I tried this and it was effective.

I’ve had a hard time with sleeping for over 30 years and I’ve tried practically everything that I see unless it’s way way expensive! And so I keep trying and none of them are perfect. Most of them don’t do anything for me, but this one does help. I can’t say I’m gonna use it and then go right to sleep now but it’s does much better than most of them do sometimes I do go to sleep pretty quick. I’m just a different kind person here though it’s not gonna act the same for everybody but most of them I try one time this one I’ve been using now for a while, cause it does help. I picked this over the others after I’ve tried the others and they don’t work then this one is better but many years I wasn’t using anything cause nothing seem to work. This one works for me more than any other one, but like I said, it’s not perfect for me because I don’t always go to sleep automatically. What’s most important? Sleep is most important! This one isn’t that expensive! I get a big bottle and that lasts me quite a long time so that’s good! Otherwise I couldn’t get it!

I've been taking ambien for 9 months and it made me feel terrible. I was tired of feeling groggy, forgetful, and anxious about not being able to sleep without it, and I was severely addicted to it, which was a scary and unhealthy way to feel. I decided to try Deep Sleep. I've used it for two weeks and here are my observations: 1) I'm ready to throw away the ambien. I've still had some bad nights, but I've had enough good nights on this that I feel confident enough to sleep without a prescription. 2) It doesn't always work, but even when it doesn't work, I still feel relaxed. I'm not nearly as anxious as I used to be about being able to fall asleep. 3) When it does work, it works amazingly well. I get good sleep and I feel rejuvenated in the morning. While I was taking the ambien, I almost never remembered dreams. I've remembered my dreams every night since I started taking Deep Sleep. I'm also able to get back to sleep if I wake up in the middle of the night--something else I can't say for ambien. And I don't feel groggy the next day. The first couple days, I did feel a little drugged, though, so it's best to try it on a weekend. 4) I've found that it works best to take it exactly as directed. I squirt a dropper full (about 30 drops) an hour before I'm ready to go to sleep, and exactly one hour later, I take the 2nd dose. If I don't go to bed within 10 minutes of that 2nd dose, my chances of falling asleep seem to drop dramatically. I wish it worked every time, but with chronic insomnia, I'm very happy that I can get a good night of sleep at all on occasion.

I had used the non-alcohol version in the past and liked it so I purchased it again, however I inadvertently ordered the one with alcohol. I asked the seller if I could return it but they were not receptive. It was a waste of money since I will not be using this one.

This deep sleep bottle has a different label. It seems to work, but is is the same product I purchased?

I've written a positve review before on the soft gels, so I thought I'd give the liquid a try, as I also thought it might be more cost effective. NEVER AGAIN ! While it has the same potency as the gels, it has the most god-awful taste, akin to licking the inside of tarnished spoon...which I did as a kid and remember vividly. The stopper didn't work well either, not completely filling to the maximum, but only about half-way. I took two of these droppers half-full and slept soundly. Doing so seems to use a greater amount than in the gels, obviously, to achieve the same effect of three gels. Once I'm finished with this review, and even though I have an almost full 4oz bottle left, I'm ordering the gels again. Less mess, no aftertaste, no burping it up to haunt you three hours later, and a better value. PLEEEASE, Herbs Etc., at least add a little pina colada taste to it to make it more palatable.
