Good addition to a cardio routine.
I saw someone at the gym using one of these and while it brings back childhood memories, it is a good way to get in some cardio also. Rope is easy to adjust based on your height too. Scanning the bar code on the enclosed card, gives you access to several YouTube videos on how to go beyond just jumping. Hoping that adding this to my regular cardio classes will help increase bone density going forward. Seems very durable and lightweight.

Surprisingly solid for such a simple tool. The beaded design adds just the right amount of weight and control, making timing and rhythm way easier—especially for beginners or freestyle work. Smooth swings, satisfying clicks on the ground, and super durable. Great for cardio, coordination, and looking cool while doing it.

Fun and Durable Jump Rope - Great for Fitness!
I bought the Elite Jumps Beaded Jump Rope after seeing it get trendy during the pandemic, and it's been a fun way to get some exercise in! Adjusting the length was super easy, and I also appreciated how simple it was to remove some of the beads to customize it to my liking.The handles are a highlight—they feel really solid in hand and have a great grip, plus they look really sleek and high-quality. Overall, I’m really happy with this jump rope and would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a fun, durable option for your fitness routine.

Just like I remember
I bought this rope so it would hold up on concrete. I have a speed rope but concrete is tearing it up. This one holds up well and was pretty inexpensive.
