Does this fit on 2010 Camaro manual

These are universal. You must align them on your existing pedals however you see fit and then mark, drill and bolt these over top. I installed mine on my 2014 Fiesta ST pedals to make heel-toe downshifting easier. I was able to position the gas and brake pedals in a way that closed up the distance so that I can brake with my right foot and roll my ankle to blip the throttle. Most brake pedals are hardened steel so be prepared for some fun drilling. Totally worth the effort though.

Will these fit a ‘66 Mustang?

Yes if your mustang is manual transmission. With minor modification. It will require drilling on the pedals

Yes, you'll have to drill holes in your existing pedals to mount these.

Which bolts do you use if the plastic pedal is too thin for the retaining lock nut? How do you know which length of bolts to use?

U should use a tapered bolt u will have to look for the one the is just long enough or make your own by cutting one to size if u do that run a nut on the bolt your going to use and cut the bolt the the bolt u have put on with clean your threats when u take it off
