I can say that this is very comfortable. It is easy to put on and to adjust to what's comfortable for you. The velcro is SUPER DURABLE!!! Even over all my belly balm! Lol. Love love love it!!! And I have told everyone who asked about my getting back in shape so quickly all about it. Thank you!!

I have huge fibroids. Lately they've been causing me a lot of pain - lots of pressure in my abdomen, especially when I cough. This belly binder has provided so much relief. I'll also be able to use it to provide abdominal support after I have my hysterectomy. It's very comfortable. My belly measures 39" (extremely bloated due to all the fibroids) and the size large fits perfect. The multiple straps and velcro allows me to adjust for a perfect fit. There were so many abdominal binders to choose from. I'm glad I took a chance on this one.
