Rainy day in often outdoor use, can the ladder rust cold weather can be frozen?

I'm not sure but the ladder is made of aluminum and it's smooth, I don't think it'll rust, I'll put it away after I used ladder, it's behind the warehouse door, it's handy, I often go up to the roof, the telescope ladder proven to be very strong and safe

Thin rungs hurt feet. How wide or deep is rungs?

About 2" wide but when extend 🪜 it gets very wobbly and have to watch bottom it will kick out on you
