The package arrived earlier than expected. The quality seems good, and it definitely cleans up the tub area. One of the suctions did release once, but hasn't since that time. Otherwise, meets needs and expectation for now.

Great! The suction cups work great, really strong. Even filled with toys, it hasn’t moved. Only bad thing is one suction cup came broken and without the hook, making it unusable. Other wise it would be 5 stars. Delivery took a while, other wise I would have returned it.

The hooks it comes with are lame, I used command hooks and they’re great in the tub.

When I received the package, the box was really small which led me to believe that the product was smaller than represented on Amazon. But then I opened it only to find how cleverly packed everything was. In addition were the unexpected extra adhesive hooks in the event the suctions failed which turned out I needed. My overall perception was the packaging looked under-promising but the product was over delivered. :)Kristen also left personal touch note on the instructions encouraging you to contact her in the event there was a problem. Upon installation I realized there were only 4 adhesive hooks but five loops on the tub cubby. So I contacted Kristen and to my surprise I got a response almost immediately. Not only did she offer to send me the extra hook, she also wanted to send some extra goodies for the inconvenience. A little while later I found the missing hook lodged at the bottom of the box. It was a bit hard to see because it’s completely transparent. I emailed her back and informed her that I found it. Kristen was incredibly gracious and helpful. I don’t write reviews often but this product comes with a heart ❤️ which is why I’m taking the effort. This is a great example of product being better because of the customer service!UPDATE: They just sent me a new tubcubby with some additional goodies in it. This was not expected but so appreciated.Although few people may see this review, it will forever display gratitude in Amazon's infrastructure.Thank you so much for your amazing product attached to an amazing customer service model. So I just put up our Tub Cubby and I am in love. We got "The Really Big One" a few months ago and I am so glad! From my pictures you can see we have filled it up. I am actually thinking of buying one of the original size ones to go on the back wall of the tub too! We haven't been through a bathtime yet, and it has literally only been up for an hour and filled for 30 minutes but I have high hopes for it. I think this will help so that my son isn't always asking me during bath time for this or that toy. Now he can get what he wants. It may also help me to more easily see what toys are no longer being played with so I can weed them out. The pockets are many and a good size. Two big ones on the bottom and six across the top. So far if I could change one thing it would be to have the pockets a bit more gusseted (?) (Is that the right word). Where there is more fabric so it can open up wider. Some of our toys are a bit bulky so it would be handier if they opened even just a bit wider than they already do. But really the product is great and I would buy it for us again and would definitely give it as a gift to others.
