Love the comfort for the price. Arch support is pretty good for foam. Thickness is on the high end which is good for me, because I usually have a bit of room to work with in my shoes. I use these mostly in casual shoes but also in my Jordan's. I feel like they work great for any kind of movement, running, walking, all-day comfort. Affordable comfort and quality.

I never write reviews. Ever. But I felt like if I could help another high arch sufferer that went through months of leg pain, I'm writing a review. So I've had my Brooks Ghost 10 shoes for a few years. Ran in them a lot, lift weights in them, walk around the house in them, etc. However, I started getting really bad sciatica and leg pain for the past few months. So bad, I thought I had a blood clot in my leg. In any case, the doctor at the ER mentioned that I had really high arches. I never really thought of them as THAT high, but alas, I thought it was worth addressing. I found these on amazon -- something made specifically for high arches and holy moley.... my world has been changed. While it took a day or two to get used to almost a lumber-like support in my shoe, my back and leg pain have gone. (Although I am doing some awesome daily stretching to help the sciatica, too). But it's like I have brand new shoes without having to spend $100+. They fit perfectly in my narrow size 8.5 Brooks Ghost 10 shoes. No trimming needed. Great support at the gym when lifting weights, too. If you are a high arch or sciatica sufferer -- give these a whirl. They are worth the $$$.

So comfy! My feet finally feel supported. I came home from work and my legs and feet didnt hurt like they normally do.

I'm currently wearing DC Men's Pure Action Sport Sneaker (link below) size 8.5 US, and these insoles are a perfect fit. No adjustment whatsoever.As you can see on the picture, I have (I think) relatively high foot arches. This is the first pair of insoles I buy in my life, and really hope they're gonna help with my tibial periostitis.
