This is a perfect product for my kitchen , as it is handy , shallow in depth , natural nonstic as of cast iron , easy to use and handle ...heavy weight ... cook food evenly ...

Too bad...
I cooked in this kadai after washing and cleaning the food turned black in colour I'm really shocked and I washed again with Normal soapy water and wipe it with clean towel then also black residue coming out of kadai

Good quality cast iron
Leaving a review as i hope it helps someone. I myself have had to check out many products before this but they were either too expensive, or the cheap ones were of poor quality. This cast iron kadai finds the sweet spot between them. Been cooking in it and it's really good. I'd like to also quickly address the point someone made about the rusting concern: I get it. when I had started using cast iron products long back i initially encountered this. Not anymore. We have to understand that when using cast iron, we have to use it a certain way. Please look up on the internet to find out, or this'll be a long review. To put it plainly, we have to take care of these cookwares in order for them to provide us tasty and healthy food for a lifetime!Happy with the product

Looks Like genuine cast iron product
The seasoning is very good. I bought greatly reviewed TRILONIUM Cast Iron Kadhai on 30-May-2023 which I have been using it regularly. I still it get red rust formation after every wash since the first time I got it. While I follow recommended usage instruction of season with vegetable (I use Mustard oil that I use for cook) . So, TRILONIUM Cast Iron Kadhai is not good quality as having 4.3 rating. Also, that Trilonium kadai still leaving black residue to the cooked items. This product seems good as after first cook it and wash not showing any rust formation and not leaving residue to the food. So, putting 5 rating.

Defective or poor quality product.

Amazing product
This iron-kadhai is so strong and durable. It is naturally non-sticky and it enrich your food with iron content. No harmful chemical coating and less amount of oil is required. It is most suitable for Indian old style slow-cooking, seals all the moisture for tender and aromatic food.
