Been using this on and off for a few months. The taste is not bad (for me it's easy to go down). If you have this with a protein shake or juice it won't even be noticeable if you mix well. No smell really. I notice a difference when I'm using it. Great size and value.

I order this regularly because L-citrulline is the only supplement that I know for a fact performs exactly as claimed to for reducing muscle soreness from working out. The white rind of water melons is where L-citrulline is obtained, and it's where I first found out how beneficial it was. Watermelon rind smoothies were how I eliminated my lower leg pain from running, but powdered L-citrulline is much easier to use. I've been happily using it regularly for more than 10 years. I only use the free base version because I don't want the extra additives that don't improve the performance. I highly recommend this for running and strength training. About half the recommended amount 15-30 minutes before exercising seems to work fine for me. However, I also take the same amount the morning after exercising, and I occasionally use it before I work outdoors like chainsawing trees, splitting wood, or other hard labor. It works.
