There are several chess clocks on the internet, and particularly on Amazon, that are advertised as having the byo-yomi setting when in fact they do not, or they do have it but in an extremely restricted way.This product, while it has its limitations, is the first chess clock I have tried with a "true" (non canadian) byo-yomi setting that is also easy to modify and adjust.The only limitations this chess clock has for byo-yomi settings are:1. A maximum of 90 minutes of main time for each player.- Which is strange because in other settings the clock allows you to set 99 HOURS for each player.2. A maximum of 15 byo-yomi periods.3. A maximum time of 60 seconds per period.Even with these qualities mentioned above, there is no other device that comes close in terms of functionality in its price range.In addition, it comes with other quality of life features that partly compensate for its shortcomings.Such as:1. Three memory slots to save frequently used configurations.2. Non-mechanical buttons that guarantee a long product life.3. The possibility of turning on or off the speaker and/or LED that indicates when one of the buttons has been pressed.4. The possibility of reviewing the moves that have been played.-And in general the displays provide useful information, such as the byo-yomi period that a player is in.In conclusion, this chess clock is completely worth it and my only regret is not having bought it sooner.

Un reloj muy diferente a todos los que tengo, colecciono de todas las marcas y de los mejores que hay en el mundo, y este me sorprendió es una sensación única el de sus botones metálicos, su display muy retro, buen peso, buen tamaño, me gustó mucho, es de mis favoritos. Para cualquier ocasión lo uso, se ve muy elegante, hasta combina con mis muebles.

Playing Chess with my son and this gets him ready for tournaments. If you like the click of the the more traditional timers, maybe this might not be for you, but the sensitive touch just feels so accurate with this product and satisfying. Got the black so it’s nice and sleek. LED display unit is nice and bright. Loving this for chess as it’s now a part of every game we play.

Great clock, but a little annoying to set up, and I prefer the feedback you get from a mechanical switch.
