Smells VERY strongly of menthol.
A warning to anyone who needs pure, unadulterated petroleum jelly, or, anyone with scent sensitivities:By definition, 100% white petroleum jelly should have no discernible smell.There should be nothing in it but ultra-refined petroleum jelly.In this product, something has been added to give it a menthol odor. It’s as if the manufacturer aim was for it to smell medicinal.Menthol is a migraine trigger for me, so it’s going back. I was careful to read its entire listing so as to not have to deal with a product I cannot use. At the time of purchase there was no mention of menthol, or any other fragrance, anywhere in the listing. or as shown in the images.I hope this product is pulled from the website until both its listing and the label on the container display an honest formulation list, one that includes any presence of essential oils and/or other types of fragrances.
