I bought this jacket last minute for my daughter's kindergarten field trip. The class was walking from the school to the museum and a lot of rain was expected. It came right away. I'm not sure if this coat could withstand a heavy downpour, however it is more versatile than the traditional raincoats we've had in the past. It's super lightweight and soft inside. Easily packable and doesn't take up a lot of room. She has actually been wearing it as a lightweight spring coat on mornings when it's chilly but expected to get warmer later. The colors are so cute and she loved it. She just turned six in April and is thin and tall. I purchased the 6-7y. It fits perfectly and she has a little bit of room to grow for continued use in the summer. I would purchase it again.

Thai jacket is so soft! It fits accurate to size. It’s lightweight. The color is exactly as shown in the pictures. This jacket did arrive a day later than scheduled.
