Which is fine!
People are saying it's sticky, but the second ingredient is glycerin which is used in primer to help makeup stay on! That's why it's sticky! Which is fine!

Overview/pro/con
I really enjoyed this product especially the packaging. The pros are it worked great as a makeup primer and hydrating and a extra bonus was the applicator it seemed to release the perfect amount of product you needed. I suppose the only con is that there is not much product it was smaller then I thought originally. Although overall the product was great and a really affordable price.

A little oily.
This is great, but it leaves my skin a little oily after using it for a while. I thus alternate. I put it after I go to the swimming pool. It helps with my dry skin from the the chlorine in the pool.
