Before you can analyze the reviews on this pillow, you first need to find out what kind of bed the people who are reviewing it are sleeping on. Very important. If I'm sleeping on a hard bed, the profile of this pillow will be less than if I'm sleeping on a soft bed. Makes sense, the softer the bed, the more you fall deeper into it making your pillow a higher profile. I am a person who can Never find that pillow that will allow me to sleep thru out the night, not smother my face, or hurt my neck, or wake up with a ton of bed lines on my face.I am a Back Sleeper period. As a back sleeper, I like a pillow that is firm, but soft. I know it doesn't make sense unless you are a back sleeper. We don't like a high profile, but we want to support the neck. I don't like to have my head fall to far into the pillow period but when it falls, it has to be soft and supportive. Now on to the important question, what do I sleep on? I sleep in a water bed....Soft, meaning the profile of this pillow is higher than on a hard bed that doesn't give. So any softer bed or a bed that gives, this pillow would work if you are a back sleeper. To make this pillow just a little bit more firm but still soft, I put it in a zippered cotton pillow cover. It allows the pillow to stay a certain firmness but soft. It supports my neck, my head doesn't get lost in it. I have a habit of pulling the pillow down to my shoulders a bit when I sleep, it gives me pure comfort plus allows my head to stay supportive and no weird bed wrinkles the next day.. This pillow is better for back sleepers on a softer bed than the Domus memory foam they have....I tried both.....Their Domus pillowwould probably work on a harder bed, making you higher in the bed and making the pillow a lower profile. I tried that pillow on my soft bed and it actually hurt my neck...It felt like a couch cushion that would not give.....So I would say the Wright Pillow is the Right Pillow...

I was really excited for this because my skin is super sensitive. However, the material makes my face itchy which is huge downer. But it is very comfortable if my face isn't on it.

This pillow is very comfortable, not too soft and not too hard. I love the grey tone cover. I was able to enjoy a good night sleep.

Not too sure the pillow is what I expected. Fairly flat and has already given me some pains. I find myself trying it out every night but end up throwing it to the side.. not sure if there's something I can do here?

This is probably the worst pillow i've ever owned. When I first bought it, it was a little firm. After a few nights, my neck was sore. I thought it was just a symptom of the cold I had at the time. I tried my old memory foam pillow after my neck got to the point of immediate pain when I tried to turn my head. After one night of my old memory foam, my neck started to feel better. I gave this pillow a second chance because I had already spent $50 on it.That was another mistake. My neck went back to raging pains. I had to use some Icy Hot patches just to feel normal again. I continued to use it hoping it would eventually break in. It did become a little fluffier and I had one great night of sleep. The neck pain came and went over the two months I had used it, and I was waking up with headaches frequently. I finally gave up and went back to my $10 Shopko pillow that I have to fluff up every night, but damn it, at least I don't feel like I was just in a car accident.I gave it two stars because it is a well constructed pillow, but i've never felt neck pain like that in my life. I tried sleeping on my back, sides, and stomach, and it was not right for me in any way.

Super! Firm, yet quite compliant when sleeping, and most of all comfortable through the night. Loved my old down pillows, but I would wake up with my head completely buried in then after a few hours, reaching for an additional pillow to provide adequate support. This new pillow keeps it shape while providing comfortable support. At first glance, I thought they might be too firm (they're rather dense), but they're not in use. I have now bought four of them.

I have had major sleep problems for many years, I'm not saying this pillow is a miracle but I know I had spent the entire week most nights getting zero hours sleep, one night I got 2 hours. Put this pillow on my bed, slept seven and a half GLORIOUS hours!!! Had six hours the following night. I am loving this pillow!!! Very comfortable, not too hard, not too soft does not go flat, just a lovely pillow. Will be ordering more; please do not stop making this pillow!!!!!!!!
