UPDATE - changing review to 4 stars. I have been using them for a while so far they work great. . I use the pads 4 times a week on average. I get around 20 uses per set. I didnt get that much with original HiDow pads. These are slightly thinner which i like. They are a little more flexible so they can conform to your body better.These items electrode studs are located in a slightly different place than the original HiDow pads.Because of that - thy will not fit 2 of them on a single wireless receiver. You will have to use one of the extension wires with the wireless receiver to use these.***Works ok with wired units

These patches stay put . If you need to remove them Just stick them back on the sheet you removed them from . You can ( if needed ) remoisten then for another days use as needed Or until the adhesive gel fails to stick !
