Excellent tap, easy to fit and install, works perfectly, recommended.

Installation - be sure to watch the video here as it covers the extra parts that come with the tap that the printed instructions leave out. For some strange reason, the white plastic part is mentioned nowhere in the instructions so I didn't attach it! We'll see if I need to undo everything and add it in... Otherwise, I followed the instructions and everything worked well the first time. No leaks, though I have a towel down to check if there are any after a day or two of use. This one came with 2 check valves so water doesn't go the wrong way in your pipes (I saw another reviewer had to install their own, looks like the company has responded by including them now!) Pressure's good, the sweeper function is pretty strong so I imagine that's going to be great on my grill plates. Another reviewer mentioned that the touch functionality needing to be primed, almost like it went to sleep and needs to wake up. I've seen that a little bit in my testing, but other times one good tap is all it needs - could be different depending on if your hands are wet. If I figure it out I'll update the review. So far so good, though I've only just installed it. If anything noteworthy happens I'll come back and update the review. So far, though I'm very pleased with this purchase!

Love this tap. It became a conversation starter with anyone who comes to our house 😂 works perfectly fine, tap feature is useful as we can light touch it for water to start flowing. Especially useful with a child in a house that constantly has dirty hands

I am disappointed that the tap doesn't have a touch sensor as stated on the website. I had my kitchen done while I was on holiday and it is too late to change it. I really deserve a discount on it as I paid £99 thinking it has a touch sensor. I could have bought this for less than £60.

Should have listened to the reviews this is absolutely rubbish. To top it all of you have to pay a plumber to install and then pay again to remove it while they fit a better new one. Its so frustrating, it turns off on its on whilst filling the bowl. If its not turned of at the tap it switches itself on wasting hot water down the plug hole. When you tap it to turn on sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't. If you try to switch it to shower it turns off. New Duracell batteries are of no use its just as bad. Its rare for me to make a mistake but I don't mind sharing this was monumental.

This tap is causing the hot water tank to over flow 3times i have had to get a plummer out there is a pressure problem,

What a great addition to any busy kitchen. We grow a lot of fruit and vegetables and this tap is everything I could want. I am able to turn it on and off with the back of my hands when I come in from the garden and also when I have been touching raw chicken. I can change the water flow at the click of a button and also pull the head of the tap to the part of the sink I need it in. Everything about it is wonderful. 😃
