Great quality
I have to say first I was skeptical to purchase because I bought one from another seller last year and had to return it because the magnets wouldn’t stay latched in order for the hoop to stay on. This one though is awesome. I just received it today and only used it once so far but it is easy to assemble, the quality is great, and as you can see in the pictures the latch is not magnetic. You have to pull back on the black levers in order to put it on and take it off. I love how the cord for the weight is adjustable so I am not limited on where I can use it due to the length of the cord. It is not quiet but that doesn’t bother me because it is a rolling mechanism going through different links. Speaking of links it has links galore to adjust as my body may fluctuate!! I am very pleased with this purchase so far!!

Love it so far.
I just received the hoop today and already love the workout I can feel in my abdomen and legs. I bought the one with 28 knots and used 26 fitting snug but once I start moving it slides around slightly. I have a 54inch waist if that helps with sizing. It took a couple of trys to get the rhythm. You can circle your hips like a traditional hoola hoop or a bouncy side to side motion like pedaling a bike and both work. It slides great in the track and as expected you can hear it when it glides across where the links lock together but I put on music and drownded it out. I can't wait to see results!!

Not the best
It fit great. But it would get stuck about every 3-4 rotation. It takes lots of practice to get this going. And if you already have a bad back - this is NOT the exercise to start with. It will make it worse.

A little hard to use, but appears to be worth it
Like most of you, I saw ads for this and thought it sounded like a good way to work out, so bought one, what I didn't realize is that it is deceptively hard to use, it took me about 10 minutes to get into a rhythm and even then I couldn't keep the weight up for very long which started to make the workout feel like a chore rather than fun. I started to wonder how long I could keep the weight up so I opened the clock app so I could literally count the seconds and then it got a little more fun, it was like a competition with myself to see if I could beat the last time and when I started to focus on that it made keeping the weight up a little easier (the longest I kept it up was 55 seconds) and I ended up using it for and hour and a half. That being said, I've only used it once now but I'm pretty sure it worked, throughout the course of my workout I had to adjust the belt of the hoop twice and started with 18 clasp section things and got down to 16 and felt my stomach was more toned than when I started. I plan on trying to use it at least an hour a day and I will update my review with progress pictures later on

Defective Product
I want to start by saying I was SO excited to get this product, maybe I got my hopes up. It was very easy to assemble which was great. However, the weight only smoothly glides on about half of the links provided. On the others, the weight clicks, slows down or abruptly stops all together. I wanted to try this one out because it was very cheap but next time I would definitely purchase a higher quality hoop.

This thing is fun!
My kids and I have had so much fun learning to use this hoop. It takes some practice figuring out the motion to keep it spinning, but stick with it! I've had it a few weeks and already gone down 2 links. I find it's easiest to get it started by keeping your stance wider than your shoulders, 1 foot slightly out in front of the other and rock in the same motion you would do if you were getting ready to jump into a swinging jump rope - the kind that two people are swinging waiting for a jumper to jump into...you know how you lean back and forth getting used to the rhythm of the rope movement, ready to jump in? That's sort of the motion you need to get this hoop going. I started by doing it 2 minutes, then 5, then 10 and now I'm up to 15 minutes. Keep at it! It's easy to do once you figure it out! Have fun!!

Fun Workout
Just received this yesterday so I'm not very experienced or far enough in to say what the health benefits are. I tried it for about a half hour and I had a lot of fun trying to find the right music and finding tutorial videos with google made it easy to pick up. I normally wake up with a tightness in my lower back and hips but after working out yesterday, I woke with some muscle tiredness but I could stand without tightness and walk without a limp. I may update if it continues to go well. Good product, thank you <3

Not a fan
I received the hulu and was super excited to use it. After putting it together, I tried it and it kept falling apart as I was using it. When it wasn't falling apart it was very difficult to move the ball around my body.
