The pens write well. When left in one spot for several seconds no running/spreading out of the ink occurred. Also, even when writing on regular printer type paper that isn’t very thick, I cannot see any ink bleed through when turning the page over to the back

The museum quality "ink" actually sits on top of the paper instead of bleeding trough and the selection of line widths makes it well known among many type designers and artists. If you are reading this review its because you need to find out what we all already know. When I lose mine, I have to get another.

These pens are perfect for drawing! I have some other micron pens with smaller nibs but I wanted some with bigger nibs and these were a perfect 3 pack. I highly recommend these pens as they don’t bleed and the pigment is dark black.

I must admit that this is my first time purchasing this brand of fineliners. I've seen every single person who draws recommend these pens. I have to say that I was extremely impressed with just how amazingly smooth they are to use!! The thickness of the nibs/lines are excellent. There's no dragging or anything so you can be kind of fast with them. Unfortunately, even though I've only had them a few days, the smallest one (the 08 pen) has already run dry!! I honestly can't believe it! Really not the best first impression, even though the other two are still working great. I haven't decided if I'm going to stick with this brand or just stay with my normal brand - really only time will tell since I can't say just how long the other two are going to last. Hopefully longer than the 08!

I love the new thicker lines that this set provides. And it makes it easier to fill in dark areas when sketching, or doing Zentangles, and they do not bleed like some other pens, so they’re great to use with watercolor.

As an artist, it’s important to have reliable, well-made supplies. I LOVE micron and have been using them for years. I always get the 08 for a majority for my works. They always give bold black lines and last so long (if you’re not filling in black spaces with them!)
