Great starch for our Brazillian bread!!
I love this Amafil Sour Manioc Starch, it helps tp make my Brazillian bread fluffier! If you add the sour starch to regular tapioca starch/flour it really helps the bread rise or become "fluffier'! I will no longer use just regular tapioca starch!
