Can you charge the headset via a normal mobile phone plug adaptor
I liked the comfort of the headset..However, was disappointed there was no adaptor to to charge the headset, not sure what to use ???

Mic conked out
The mic was not great to begin with and the ability to connect to multiple devices is pathetic. There is no proper contact number and the company is us based I think so the return or replace policy is awful Just have to write off

broken after a month
The headset has been working perfectly fine for a month. After that, I have strange hardware issue: the headset believes I've pressed the "mute" button even if I have not and keeps on muting itself every few seconds. I had to send it back.

Stopped Charging after 5 months - Amazon not interested
Was working fine, then stopped charging. It has a 2-year warranty, but Amazon were not prepared to help. Passed me on to HP support, who proved difficult to contact. The case is still open
