Ok Just got my new clippers today June 26 2020.Was looking for a great tool that can cut my standard poodles & Doodles! The standard poodles have thicker coats and basic trimmers just bog down.Will post more photos but this is my Mekoo's before and after on a quick trim I did today on his face and feet with no guard. Plus I used the 9 guard and trimmed his body. Another trimmer I had would have taken hours to do the same! I have arthritis in my hands and this made the job so much easier!!Only charged for 2 hours and did the job no problems.Was actually very quiet too for a trimmer.Again will update more pictures and videos when I trim our cream poodle this weekend! He is extremely curly so hoping the shaver works just as good. It literally was so smooth with no guard on I was happily surprised.I don't like to pay people to do something I can do myself. I find that wasting money on a groomer is just wrong if you have the patience and time to do it yourself!ANYONE can do this! Take your time watch some YouTube videos on the breed you have and how to trim them! Even if you cut too short do not worry it WILL GROW BACK!Hope my review helps people to just buy it and try it.BTW this is my 3rd trimmer in 3 months been trying to find one that actually works on THICK POODLE COATS and I found a winner!!

First of all, I'm not a paid advocate, just an avid Amazon purchaser. I bought these clippers a few months ago as I have two older dogs (yorkie and malti-mix) who no longer go to a groomer. (Older dogs who are high strung run a higher risk of seizures so I don't risk it). Anyway, I owned Andis clippers, which were very expensive but had given out). I was about to order upscale replacement clippers worth over a $100 when I came across the very good reviews for this product and decided to give them a whirl. I had planned to return them and order the more expensive ones if they didn't meet the mark.To my pleasant surprise, they actually do as good a job as the Andis (I actually think these make less noise) and they cost me 1/4 of what I would have paid. The kit is very nice and includes excellent sheers and a metal comb. The clippers have a chord and recharge quickly so you can go chordless when grooming which greatly facilitates the process. I have groomed the doggies a few times already and I must say, they come out looking almost as good as when I pick them up from the groomers since I take my time and they trust their mommy :-).Again I bought these a few months ago and am very happy with the purchase. Great bang for the buck. Hope the manufacturer hasn't compromised on quality since I purchased them as I don't want to steer other doggy parents in the wrong direction. Just what I needed. It didn't take long to charge but I like that I didn't have to wait, this cute little clipper works plugged in too. Once charge it works fine, better than I thought anyway. It's powerful and did a great job on my bichon frise, who's easy cause she has a big afro puff. Now my Japanese chin/bichon frise his coat is very different, it's super thick long and curly hair, well let me tell you that this clipper worked out just fine. I think what I like best about these clippers is that they're silent and small, great for their cute little faces. These are perfect weather your furbaby is x-small, small, medium, large or x-large. So far I have used them twice on each furbaby. I like that these are silent so I don't have to use the sneak attack on my male baby, he hates his bottom clipped. I also like the metal comb that comes with, the sissors are sharp with rounded tips and all the comb heads which I don't use cause they're difficult for me to master. I used my old clipper set zippered case cause this didn't come with one. I hope that they'll last a couple of years. Fingers crossed but if not they are only $25. I recommend this clipper set...
