Ordered December 5th, arrived December 29th, about 10 days prior to when it was supposed to arrive. What a pleasant surprise!The material is solid metal, highly polished, and even the dogtag chain is a higher grade than the "cheap" aluminum balls on a wire that fit into an ever-warping receptacle. It uses a real clasp, easy to handle, and will not warp over time. My husband and I are very impressed with how the engraving turned out and all information was correct. My husband wears it all the time and even in the shower and still looks brand new. I was happy and relieved when I received this item. I'd recently realized that I was without any identification when working out at the gym or sometimes walking.Lots of room, front and back, for all the information I'd wanted to include.Necklace chain is sturdy and pendant is marked and easily noticed.

item is alittle heavier than a military dog tag. Lettering is easy to read unless you have trouble with close range reading like I do. Chain is heaty but easy to get used to once its on your neck.Don't know how it will handle salt water so I guess I'll just take it off for safety.Well worth the money and time it took to get here.Only problem is the chain lock system is weak. Need to get a stronger latch system.

I like the option of having a medical alert necklace in black instead of the traditional silver. The engraving was good, and everything is legible. I did have to shorten the necklace (it seems all medical alert necklaces are long), and the clasp is a little tough to open completely at times, but overall a really good product for the money.

While being heavier than I thought it would, and the design of it catches on my clothing, it is nicely done. When I can afford it, I may get a new one, without the decorative edging on it

Chain was too long and I would like to add a few more lines. There's plenty of room.

Perfect size, engraving done well, easily legible. I wear it when riding/running alone just in case something happens. Chain is strong and not at all flimsy. Not the size of traditional dog tags, but now that I have it, I actually prefer this.
