Q: I have one router and poe switch. can i connect two of these zyxel access points to the switch, with both sharing the same ssid?

Yes, I install these in small hotels and air BnB's and that's exactly what I do. 1 router, 1 Poe switch and 4-5 access points. Completely configurable from there.

Q: Can I use Zyxel with Nebula as private person without have registered company?

Yes you can, Smply put your name in the organisation section whan completing the registration for nebula

Q: Can this be used in client mode to connect to my existing network so that I can connect my pc to the network via the access point using ethernet

I am presuming you intend that the device connects to the Wireless Network and provides a wired connection to the PC .. in which case this AP does not work that way round.
