What can i say? It taste as it should...great. Oh wait, it was little dry so thats a little downside. Its good value for your money and a good snack. They were fresh too

All the flavors are good but strawberry is my favorite.Good when dieting to settle that sweet tooth without all the calories.

Taste somewhat like a fig bar.
I am not sure of any health benefits but we bought these to use as ready to eat food that requires no preparation. I suppose that alone is a health benefit.There is a variety of options available. There are definitely fresh, size is equal to 2 fig bars length. Taste is good. If you know the brand, you will not be surprised by the fact that the 'crust' is somewhat dry. Overall, with a larger box, I consider these to be a fair value for money.
