I took the time to shop pricing online this time around & pleasantly surprised finding Amazon carrying at lowest price!Fast delivery!! I didn’t have to wait 2+ weeks to receive like when I order from Manufacturer!I love RO water & I drink A LOT of water!I drink 3Liters of water a day or 2 of the largest water bottles sold by Aquafina, as an example. I love drinking water & have used reverse osmosis water systems since 2005 if not longer! I’ve installed RO water filtration systems in every home I’ve owned!! Can’t live without it at this point!The complete water systems are sold direct from Watts or I have bought from Costco in the past & now Amazon carries the entire system also!!!S Orange County has extremely hard water!!!! The city where we live provides the worst water in OC, making RO water systems a MUST! Not to mention, it tastes AMAZING! From some reason, RO water tastes amazing in a glass vs a plastics water bottle. No impurities in water drinking from a glass. For people who don’t think they like water, need to try this system in their house! It’s easy to install for anyone with basic plumbing experience! Not to mention HEALTH BENEFITS of RO water filtering out all impurities! I have sulphur water. This system completely eliminates that issue. Thank you. Also thank you for having filters on Amazon bc I could not find them or had any idea how to find them or if they were the correct ones.The water system is amazing.I wish you had one for my shower.

Replacing these was a "snap". (Pun Intended). Just click the button, wiggle slightly, pull out, insert new one.Two of the filters (Sediment and pre-carbon) seemed to be vacuum sealed. When I broke the the plastic, hear the swoosh/pop of air rushing into the filters. The other two (RO Membrane, Post Carbon) did not make the same noise for some reason.After changing them, the water ran into the drain for what seemed like a long time (~2 hours) while bubbles came out of the faucet with the previously filtered water. This continued until the water tank was apparently empty with the stream out of the filter faucet weakening as if the tank were getting empty, despite the drain going. After another 2 hours or so, things stablized, bubbled subsided then the water stopped going into the drain. Not sure how this is supposed to work since there are no instruction. Overall, it's good now. Had the old filters for about 4 years when I should have been changing all but the RO Membrane every year.

I have had my Watts Premiere RO / filtering system for about 15 years. It still works great. I only had a bit of a tank pressure problem last year. But, the website instructions and the US Customer Service technicians made it easy to fix myself. Now, it's back to GREAT !!!!

We had this water filtration system already installed when we bought our new home which gets well water. We didn't know when each filter was changed last so we decided to just start fresh and replaced all of the filters in the system at once. The water tastes great, just as good or better than bottled water. For a new homeowner this is a deal if you don't know when the filter was last changed. It's way more expensive to buy these one at a time and it wasn't worth the trouble to figure out which filter needed changing by trial and error so getting them all made the most sense. In the future it's slightly less expensive to get your 6-month, 1-year, and 5 year filters separately.

For us they last longer then stated but they are fabulous and will continue to buy these going forward

Had my Watts Premier RO system for 7 years and it's worked flawlessly. Had an older model at my last house where the filter covers had to be unscrewed with a special tool, they got water everywhere, etc. The new system - these filters snap out and back in with a touch of a button. No muss, no fuss! Highly recommended if you have a Watts Premier RO system.

These filters are super easy to change. You are supposed to be able to change them without shutting water off. That worked for the first few years, but all of a sudden on the next change, I had water gushing from one as soon as I removed it. So now before I start, water is turned off under sink and on the RO's pressure tank, and no problems.

If you have the more traditional Premier RO system — the larger cartridge system that can take over an hour to replace, you might wish to consider switching to this newer system. Especially if you have it installed in a confined space such as under a kitchen sink! I had a plumber do the reinstall which took him a good hour to do. Wouldn’t attempt this if you are not familiar with plumbing. Also, as there is no motor attached, you will need to rely on straight water pressure. Took a leap of faith that a 20 ft. run to the fridge water dispenser would not be too long and that water pressure alone would be enough. Glad to say it works o.k. — although the tank doesn’t refill as fast. Not a problem though, I have found, if there are time gaps between when you need to use the fridge water dispenser. Used the newer system for over a year now. Works well and now spend only five minutes swapping our cartridges when the Premier schedule requires it. Very pleased overall!
