NOT MMA, UFC, or Muay Thi regulation
These are great for punching a heavy bag and for light sparring. I purchased these specifically for doing bag work to condition my hands and not for MMA or UFC.The padding on these gloves is way too thin for full contact and are not MMA, UFC, or Muay Thi regulation, I knew this when I bought them but this review is for other potential buyers and not for myself so I removed two stars because they are falsely advertised as being for this purpose. As a matter of fact a trained fighter could cause serious injury or even death using these in full contact, especially experienced fighters like myself who can easily strike with over 1000 pounds of pressure. International MMA, UFC, and Muay Thi regulations require much more padding for this very reason. These do comply with Tae Kwon Do competition requirements since Tae Kwon Do competitions do not allow full contact. All in all I am very impressed with the quality and durability of these gloves for bag work and I do recommend them for such purposes, I just wish that they were more honest about how they advertised them.Making false claims that these are safe for MMA, UFC, and Muay Thi can get amateur fighters seriously hurt or even killed. Hopefully the manufacturer will see this review and change the description of this item.

Comparison good
I’ve had these pink ones for years they’re great but was looking for something that mimics my joints movement when making a fist. The white ones do a good job of giving me comfort movement while have a breathable front so I can easily take them off when my hands are sweaty after a workout. So far so good! Good value for your money

Not bad for what you get
Ok, so to me they fit a little on the smaller side, my hands measure 3.5” wide so I opted for the medium, I wear medium work gloves, medium motorcycle riding gloves etc. for reference I measured my wrist and it’s 7 3/4” around 3.5” across and finger tip to wrist is about 7”. I’m 5’7 and 170 lbs. aside from the wrist closure the gloves fit nice and snug but as you can see there’s not much room to loosen it, they have pretty much zero wrist support so when I went to wrap my wrists the gloves wouldn’t strap anymore, no big deal my wrap fit fine on the outside of the gloves too, I’ll test them out as soon as I can get to the gym and I’ll update my review for durability and comfort but overall they seem like good quality. If you’re in between sizes I’d definitely go one size bigger.

Good size range, comfy
I needed to find a simple MMA glove for my 8 year old son to use with our home freestanding bag so he wouldn't hurt his hands. He doesn't do any formal martial arts training so we just needed something simple for padding that would fit his smaller hands. These gloves come in a good range of sizes with a decent sizing chart. My son's hand measured 2.5 inches wide at his palm so we got the Small, which is a little big but still works. For comparison, my hand measured 3 inches wide at the palm and they fit me perfectly. The glove is comfortable and I like the open palm to allow your hands to breathe when getting sweaty.
