Sounds quality is great. I wasn't expecting to get that quality of sound for this price. This is the replacement for our garage system since we work on projects a lot. It is still running my tiny 21 year old speakers so quality is measured by output max which is displayed on the screen and clarity for speaker allowance but we are sitting in the negative to low range on output to speakers so that means if I upgrade the speakers I will add to the volume as well as base.Very simple to bluetooth connect as the device is always visible for pairing. Took me 30 seconds to connect my device and it did indeed allow my phone to go across the house without disruption. Yep I forgot my phone was I my pocket, but when I went inside to the back of the house my husband said there was zero interruption. No lag time (under 0.5 sec) to switching songs or volume from phone. The remote is so convient as our last reciever was a 30 year old hand me down and the remote was lost years prior. We can now turn it on while sitting at the work bench and link to our phone to start playing without leaving the work area. I love that the antenna is attached (so it's not lost if disconnected) and we can listen to radio if we want without attaching a wire that has to be hung on the wall. (Very rare but nice to have the option)Overall I would purchase again because the quality and price are perfect. Even the build quality is advanced for this price. The connections are twist not insert which gives a solid connection. No scratches, bent uneven corners or seams either. Nice amount of breathing holes to keep air circulation so I do not anticipate any overheating. This summer it will be put to the test as we live in N central CA so we see alit of 105-115° days and summer is May-Oct.

Great buy for the price
This receiver far exceeded my expectations. Sound quality is amazing. I replaced an older Pyle for this one and I must say connecting was a breeze and the upgrade was a plus. I can now hear the birds chirping in the background crisp sound..

Excellent sound quality
Excellent product. Has everything I need for inputs & outputs, plus the Bluetooth. I do wish the remote had a power button.

Worked for only 4 months!
Addendum: 10/15/2021 After several emails I finally got them to admit that I have a bad receiver. Now all I have to do is box it up, send it to them, wait 4-6 weeks for the repair and have them ship it back, paying for shipping both ways! Absolutely ridiculous! With the low price point on these receivers, it can't be cost effective to repair them. Just send a new unit and keep your customers happy. Anyway, I will purchase a different brand receiver and toss this one in the trash. Pyle products will no longer be bought.Addendum: 10/07/2021 Quit working after only 4 months. Locks on the AM radio channel and nothing will work and none of the buttons will react. Past the 30 day return warranty through Amazon so I will go through the manufacturer. I have very little hope of any resolution, but ya know-you do get what you pay for! I'll let you know what happens.Ok, first off, this is not a Bose, Sony or even an AWAI. You're not going to get that kinda sound quality for under $100. But this is my 3rd Pyle receiver over the last 12 years or so that I have kept 24/7 out in a covered cabinet on my patio 12 months a year. It works for backyard music and in 3-4 years it will fail due to weather so I just throw it away and buy a new one. The remote doesn't work very well but it will connect instantly to my phone and play Pandora or Spotify. Does what I need from it and does it pretty well. It lacks some basic features that you want for an indoor stereo, but it would be ok if you aren't very picky.I highly recommend it if you are looking for a low cost "throw away" receiver.

Good Sound, not user friendly
Bitter sweet purchase. Sound quality is good, design and functionality is awful. No power on/off button on remote. Unit does not resume where user left off when powered down. It defaults to CD player upon bootup. Can't delete stations saved in memory. Once an autoscan for radio stations is done, your screwed in many ways. Very labor intensive to make changes that only patch up the problem. No way to directly goto presets by entering their corresponding memory number. The price was great, and it's for my garage, so I'll live with it. If this was going into my home I'd send it back. It's just not user friendly.

It's awesome
Just got this today, had my speakers and sub ready and waiting. So far it's been great. Set up was fairly simple, it's the tv settings that make it tricky. If your using the hdmi arc slot, you need to enable it on your tv. Likely the same for optical output. Another helpful tip is whatever alot your using on your tv for your home theater, make sure that slot is matched with this and that it's selected on the pyle unit when you power it on by clicking the HD button on the remote until you get to the required hdmi slot. Make sure you click the arc button on its remote also, If there's no sound or static, it's in your tv settings. With my LG I had to connect sounds to my external hdmi arc port, as well as go into settings, sound, sound out and enable hdmi arc+tv speaker. This worked for me to be able to listen to stuff like Netflix and other apps on my TV. However, I used the TV remote to turn the TV sound down to zero and just use the home theater controller for volume. I found it will echo if I used both. I didn't have the sound setting(hdmi arc +tv)selected at first but when I used my PS4 to watch a movie after my initial set up it worked fine. It was when I wanted to watch Netflix it came thru as static. It was that setting. This setting will also work if your watching TV apps or switching to something else like a DVD movie like I did. You may have to search were your specific setting is on your tv if it's not an LG.Measurements on this are17"wide(side to side) x 12.75long(depth from front to back) x 5.5"tall(this isn't including the antenna on the back. Which is about 2" if it's straight up.)All in all, it looks awesome and performs great so far powering 2 speakers and one 10" klipsch subwoofer.
