Fits my Coralife II RO unit, will buy again
I bought this for my Coralife II RO unit for my aquariums. It was much cheaper than buying from Coralife, and has outlasted the original membrane my unit came with. I produce a lot of RO water for my tanks, and it is still working great!

Reliable and long lasting
This filter was an exact match for the original that came with my reverse osmosis filter. The original lasted five years and I replaced it on a schedule. It performs the same as the one I replaced and that's all you can as for in a reverse osmosis system. I measure the Totals dissolved solids level with my meter and it registed a value of 6 where the tap water is over 120. That is the same as when my system was originally installed so it seems to be right where it should be.

Works well...So far
Folks,I installed this filter n my under sink R.O. unit a few months ago. So far...So good. No runs, leaks or errors (so far).I shopped. As usual, Amazon had it cheaper that any where else and with free shipping it is a no-brainer. I bought the other four filters needed for the R.O. set from Amazon also.Rascal

Standard RO membrane at a fair price.
My wife and I ran a Reverse Osmosis / water filter business for 10 years so I have lots of experience with RO membranes. We used these when our prior source stopped making standard sizes for home RO systems. They will work fine, you need to change filters more often with these, but when the other stuff is no longer available then you go to the next product line. This is an industry standard product..

Works great in my home reverse osmosis
After 4 years the membrane in my RO need to be replaced (3 - 5 years, according to the manufacturer). The RO in my home was purchased at Lowe in 2002, and still working good.I was browsing Amazon.com and I was surprised to see that they have RO membrance for about $10 less than my local home centers. After reading several reviews to make sure it fit into mine, I ordered it.The membrane arrived a week later, I went ahead and replaced the membrane along with 3 other filters, sediment, pre carbon, and post carbon. The process took me about one hour, and I was carefull with all the tubing and fittings.After putting everything back together, I turned on the water, and checked for leak. No leak after several weeks.I highly recommend this membrane

Huge Improvement
Bought this to replace a similar OEM RO filter in my unit. Fit is perfect, the improvement in taste of my water was terrific. 5 stars for a very good price, high quality water.
