REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Plus Capsules, 120 Count

This product is great for people who don’t enjoy the taste of sugary, sodium tasting sports drinks. Simply swallow two capsules daily (I do 1 in the morning and one in the evening), and drink water. This eliminates the sugary beverage that I don’t really enjoy.

I live in the Phoenix area and work in the heat all day, I get dehydrated easily and usually end up cramping up really bad especially at night when I’m sleeping. Very very annoying. Since I’ve been using this I haven’t cramped up at all. I use the packets and the pills. Mainly I just enjoy the taste of the packets. It makes the water taste better and keeps me hydrated better.

A tried and true product. I rely on these daily as I don't always feel like I'm drinking as much fluid as I should. It helps curtail headaches that I sometimes get once dehydrated.

I feel really great when I take this. The minerals are a great combination and you can either swallow the capsules or as I like to do open them up and mix them in a drink. It dissolves easily and has no taste. Two a day so I feel like it's a good value.

I have pots. These capsules help so much. No more having to buy electrolyte powders. Saves money.

Great product but the "safety seal" is a nightmare. I take one capsule every morning in my hydration stack.
