I use a sleeve for my elbow when working out, so don't have the same complaints as some others had regarding cutting off circulation or causing any discomfort on the arm. You can tighten it to the point where it starts to cut circulation, so be careful with that. That being said, overall, the product met my expectations. I was not expecting complete pain relief and only when lifting heavy plates with my injured arm would I feel a slight twinge in my elbow. Other than that, I don't have any complaints. No slipping, fits comfortably and the extra padding against the outer forearm is a nice touch. I like that there are two of these, one for each arm if you are so unfortunate, or one for the car (when going back and forth to the gym/courts/wherever), and one for around the house if doing any kind of heavy lifting. Came in handy when moving someone and had one of these in my glove box; otherwise, it would have been a painful move!

I have been struggling with forearm pain after a couple of really intensive golf training sessions. It was diagnosed as a golfer elbow syndrome, so I went on searching for anything susceptible to help apart from medication. I am now a happy user of SPARTAN STRENGTH tennis elbow brace. The braces came with instructions, and so far they are holding up well. They are easy to care for and working out very well for tendonitis.Why I like it:- It works. You need to place the cushioned pad exactly where you feel the pain and it reduces the pain instantaneously. I was amazed!- It is very well built. The velcro straps are holding brace in place very well and do not seem to attract any lint or dust.- It is one size fits all. You can adjust it with the provided straps.- You get a pair. You can use one for workouts and another for daily use.- Excellent customer support. The owner will contact every buyer individually to send him the pdf E-book on how to use the product. Also they answer any questions really fast.I don't think these braces will wear out soon, but when they do, I will reorder them again. These braces deserve five stars for ease in use, comfort, and durability.

I spent some time looking a black tennis elbow brace but I received a gray with black trim. While the brace works fine regardless of the color. I specifically choose this for the color and the branding which works for my clothing choices. In the item description and details, it's specifically listed as black. If I wanted a gray brace I would have ordered gray. I'm going to order something else but use this until it arrives. Wasted my time and can't recommend.

This is the third like product I have ordered. I needed to replace the first product but it was no longer available. The second product I ordered was inferior and it is packaged to send back. I found this product very well made and it fits my smaller arm too! I'm a petite 5'3 and light weighted as well. In wearing it it has molded better to my arm like the first one did as well.It is very well stitched, the pad is adequate depth and firm, and the velcro sticks much better than the first one as well :) When this one is tightened because of where the 'slide' is placed my arm does not get pinched as the first one did. However because there are always pros and cons, I did find the layer of protection under the slide also added a bit more bulk. Because the rubber decal made it harder to slide under clothes, I removed the 'decal' which took some persistence. Too, to reduce bulk and because I'm handy with needle and thread I 'sized' then removed one slide then stitched the strap directly onto the band.The customizing I did just increased my satisfaction with this product all the more :)

Finally. After a year of never-ending aches and pain, I found something that has really helped. No, it has not cured my sore elbow area. But this Spartan elbow band has improved my elbow soreness to such an extent that I hardly notice it anymore.Before I tried this support band, I used to feel pain even when doing small tasks, like lifting a glass of water or turning a door knob. Carrying a grocery sack, basically lifting anything weighting more than a few pounds was iffy at best. I tried the exercising, stretching, heat/cold, several pressure bands, ibuprofen to alleviate the pain. Relief was always of short duration.Well, this Spartan Strength band has been amazing. After receiving the braces I put one on my right arm and immediately felt an improvement (I watched youtube videos on how to properly place it on my arm). Painful things I used to do were not so painful anymore! Within a few days (3-4) my elbow didn't seem to be as sore. I can now spend 6-8 hours working in my studio, sometimes without the elbow band. Usually, I wear it for a few hours, then take it off.My life has been vastly improved.

I received the elbow strap yesterday and put it on right away. Let me tell you folks, this thing works. I have been suffering from an exquisitely painful elbow and arm due to what I believe to be overuse of the computer mouse. The pain has been increasingly worse for the past several months causing loss of strength in the arm. Even something as simple as a handshake send shock waves of pain through my elbow and arm. I tried using a compression sleeve which felt good while it was on but didn't really help much. Even Advil didn't touch the pain. After wearing the strap for less than 24 hours, the pain is significantly improved. It is really amazing. Try it! It works. I'm so glad I found this strap.
