Defo plastic, but they are all good to me. :) just at pictured. Good size! I put them in jars with flowers from my dead cousin’s funeral and gave them out at Christmas. Everyone cried.

Not a bad price!!!! So pretty when I took it out the package!!! But wasn't alot, depending on how ur using them u may need 2 packs!!!! They definitely r heavy duty too!!!! Overall good product!!!
