I have been using it for last 4-5 days. It really works and has helped me a lot. Due to work from home I used to have severe back pain which is now reduced to a great extent and also I can see a boost in my energy levels. Also it helps in better sleep.

Sending a chair roller wheel instead of the supplement is not acceptable. If one can do this wonder the quality of the supplement.

I am writing this after finishing the bottle as per the written instructions. I wanted Magnesium supplement mainly for my swelling & pain issues. But it did nothing to it at least not noticeable enough. I actually had disrupted sleep more often then usually.

What an amazing supplement. It's worth every penny, also i bought 2 bottles in one go & saved 200 bucks.

I did try this option before many others,this seems to be better than earlier once
