These are a nice basic coaster if you have simple decor and like to keep your stuff from getting ruined. I like that I can get a big pack because I was able to spread these around the house. I have them on my living room end tables, loft side table, dining table, and office desk. The top edges of the lip are slightly imperfect, I think mostly due to the nature of the material. It’s not a bad thing, just something I wasn’t expecting. If there’s a lot of colored drinks going’s round your house, keep in mind that these will stain and there’s no way to clean stains from them. They’re not sealed. They are very light. I’ve been able to toss them around the room without worrying about them breaking. They’re a great way to say “use a coaster, you animal” and then toss one at them. I like them. These cork coasters are simple and functional. They are basic, minimalist, and a neutral color to match with any home decor and simple tableware. The came in looking perfect. They are nicely made without imperfections. The cups fit perfectly into them. We are happy to have them.

I was fed up with using coasters that had slick surfaces and clung to my cold glasses because of condensation, so I set out to find stylish looking coasters that would stay on my table. It doesn’t get much simpler than a simple cork coaster like these. But there’s beauty in the simplicity. My house’s overall aesthetic is a minimal, mid-century one. So these fit right in. Form and function are on display here.The coasters are very very lightweight. Which at first concerned me, but it hasn’t bothered me since. I also first thought that the cork may become crumbly, but so far, no problems on that front either. I’m just always skeptical with this kind of amazon product.It’s also worth noting that while the description says it comes in a 10 pack, I was actually sent 20 coasters. Not sure if it was a mistake in the shipping/packaging or in the description online.The coasters look kind of like mini pie crusts because of the way the sides have a slight lip/wall (maybe a half inch or so). But this also means if there’s any spills, they’ll in theory be contained within the coaster.The coasts don’t actually stack together, which is unfortunate. I wish they nested for easier storage. But to be honest, they just stay out on my coffee table regardless. Just a small inconvenience for the times when you want to store them away.
