Looks great in my office. Great use of space

I always find furniture to be a gamble but this product arrived in a timely manner and didn’t disappoint. There was a crack in only one of the pieces. I emailed the company immediately and they were glad to send a replacement piece or refund me a $ amount for the damaged piece. Due to how long it would take to ship I decided to build with the cracked piece and hope for the best. So far so good!I wanted a filing cabinet that was practical and attractive and this met the standards.It took my husband and myself about 2 hours to build but had all the needed pieces, it went faster when we broke out the power drill and stopped using the screw driver.After built it actually has some weight to it and seems sturdy. I would use the lateral file with handing folders but wouldn’t really put too much weight setting in the bottom of the drawers.The locking top was just what I wanted for our filing and we will use the bottom drawer for kids craft stuff that they can easily access whenever.All in all, I am please with this item. It looks clean and attractive and holds a purpose.

The file cabinet was easy to assemble and the size was just right!

This is my second piece from Tribesigns and I’ve been pleased with both. The fit and finish of the cabinet is excellent. I takes a while to put it together because there are many parts to the drawers but after they’re assembled it goes pretty quickly. The only trouble I had was getting the top drawer inserted into the drawer guides but I think that was my own fault. Overall the cabinet is not as tall as I had pictured it but it’ll work well for my purposes.

I've attached a picture for reference... You'll note that the supplied picture doesn't represent the actual product in terms of scale (it's either skewed/photoshopped or a different revision). The dimensions are accurate, but their picture leads you to believe it's stout compared to the actual. See the distance between the handles on the drawers or the height of the drawers in contrast to the height of the shelf. I'm disappointed in the look. What's worse was the assembly. It took way too long for someone as experienced as myself and the tools they provide are garbage. The bearings for the drawer slides were compromised and required some "adjusting". I also bought a desk from this brand and had equally as much trouble assembling it. I don't recommend anything from this manufacturer that has doors, drawers, moving parts. The integrity of the hardware, pressboard, etc. is questionable. I've received plenty of compliments on the look of my new office, but I wish I would've spent more on quality. I don't expect a long lifespan on these products.

I love the height and that it has a shelf on the top. It looks nice. What I hate is that only one drawer locks.

The package arrived beat up, and when I opened it, it was like a snowman had exploded! They used such cheap Styrofoam, that the weight of the parts ground the Styrofoam into small pieces. Many, many, many, small pieces, that are now everywhere in my house and I'm sure I will be encountering said pieces for the rest of my (now miserable) life. Some of the pieces were damaged (due to poor packaging) and more damage occurred while putting this together because of how cheaply made the item is.When I first looked at the directions, I immediately thought of returning the item, or just throwing it away. The instructions were a little better than hieroglyphs (but not by much), but like Indiana Jones, I put the hieroglyphic puzzle pieces together to form this wonderful artifact (piece of $@#&*!)! Many times, while I tried to interpret the instructions, I was tempted to burn it all in an effigy to the gods of despair but was sure that I would be fined by some well-meaning county civil servant, if I was to do so.So, I continued on in my unwanted adventure, and after almost 3 hours (which did include many stops to engage in very colorful, and unrepeatable language) the item was finally together. And surprisingly, it was... usable, serviceable, OK, meh! Not great, but for the price it will do what I need it to do - hold up an office printer.I do not recommend this item, but it is not the worst thing that I have bought (and kept).So, if you want a cheap file cabinet/printer stand and have a few hours to waste while being miserable and frustrated, this is the item for you!

Bought two of these to replace one tall 4-drawer file cabinet and a printer stand. They look so much nicer in my office. They seemed to make room look bigger. A little difficult to put together, but doable with no real issues.
