Very good quality product

I struggle with low vitamin B and I’m always tired moody and over sleep, I’ve been on this very little time and it helps me so much daily! My energy levels are better I sleep good and don’t take long naps and my mood has improved some! Hopefully more the longer I take it! And it got to me quickly!

As a woman on the go, and a hairstylist that stands throughout the day these B vitamins are vital and very important to the body and helps replenish everything that’s been taken out as we go about our day to day life I love the energy and the quality of these vitamins

I was looking to increase my intake of vitamin B6 and B12 to maintain my aging metabolism and immune system. I also have a history of anemia, so B12 helps a bit with red blood cells. I think I may also be experiencing a slight increase in energy. I'm glad that I am also getting other Bs in the family, but I may have to take a look at adjusting the daily dose or breaking up the days of taking these supplements because the body only absorbs so much... and taking more only means that you excrete more expensive urine...

I’ve been taking this B-complex once a day for a while now. The capsules are easy to swallow and I haven’t had any stomach problems or weird aftertaste. Energy feels a bit more stable during the day, especially when I am busy or training. The only small downside is that the print on the label is tiny, you almost need a magnifying glass to read the details. Overall a clean B-complex that does what it’s supposed to do.

I trust German quality, though it makes my pee yellow😶!

Para mí, que tomo continuamente complejo B,es de las que mejor relación calidad, cantidad/precio tiene. La considero muy completa y además bien balanceada. Toma dos cápsulas los días que voy al gimnasio y el resto 1. Seguro que la seguiré comprando.
