Lakeland Active Women's Fleece-Lined Dockray Clogs

I purchased these to wear in the garden and sorting the recycling, I was not disappointed. I usually wear a 6 but as I like to wear fluffy socks I went up half a size, they fit perfectly. Now my feet stay warm when I'm briefly outside, they are very comfortable. At this price point I would definitely recommend, I love the colour as well 😀

So comfortable. Very lightweight. Size true I’m a 5 and I ordered this size fitted perfectly. I do find they slip a tiny bit without the strap around the back of the foot but wearing socks helps a lot. I ordered the plum which was a bit lighter than shown but still a gorgeous colour. Good value for money and good quality.

I wasn’t keen on having a lining for the purposes of popping in to the garden. However, I have tried several different brands of garden clogs, after reading many reviews about sizing. To my surprise these are the perfect fit. My feet measure as 3 to 3 and 1/2 in length but are very WIDE, plus I have mild bunions. Buying shoes has always been difficult due to the width and usually I always try a 4 first. The other brands I tried had insufficient width for me to wear with socks. I was surprised to find the Dockeray without lining were actually a little too big in length but the width was great. The size 3 also had width but were a little snug. These Dockeray with the lining are not exactly the same shoes. They have been made slightly larger, presumably to allow for the lining. They are very comfortable, but I do note my feet have become a bit sweaty after wearing them for an hour whilst mopping floors. I think they will be brilliant for popping in and out of the garden.

Less comfortable, but equally ridiculous looking, as the leading brand similar to these. They are comfortable enough, but the lining comes out every time you pull your feet out, which is annoying because it is a beast to get back in. This is probably because your feet will sweat a lot in these. The lining does not seem breathable at all and stops them from being very easy to slip onto your feet. They are well made though, and do keep your feet safe from spiky brambles, thorns and the like.

Upon receiving the package, I was amazed just how little these weigh! The colour is vibrant and the fleecy inners are soft. I had a slight issue with one of the straps not being fixed correctly but managed to remedy that with a little effort. However, either one of the straps is shorter than the other, or one of the shoes is slightly bigger as they’re not even during wear - hence the 4* rating. But as I’m only wearing them around the house it’s not really an issue for me. They are very comfortable to wear and keep my feet lovely and warm. The inners do turn inside out when removing the shoes but I leave them like that until next wearing so they don’t stay damp from sweaty feet, as there are no ventilation holes in the uppers. They do stop my feet aching though so I would say they are reasonable value for money.
