Sweet One (Titan Book 9)

This book needs to be read after Heart Attack and prior to Black Dawn, which is the correct reading order listed in the books. However, on Amazon, this book is listed as #9 (after Black Dawn) instead of #7.5. I believe that the rest of the series is listed in the correct order.This was an exciting, intense, and beautiful story. There were tragedies, angsty alpha males, hormonal women, humor, and the sweetest surprise at the end! It's definitely a must read book!I would definitely recommend this book, series, and outstanding author.

Rarely does a story leave me speechless. Cristin Harber however, seems to make me that way with her Titan and Delta Series repeatedly. Her latest installment Sweet One is absolutely no exception. In fact, this one is probably the one of the best books I have read. Part of this is because of Cash and Nic’s story from the beginning.Through 3 books we follow Cash and Nic from college until today. We fall in love with them early and then we cry when they are ripped apart. They finally make it back together and get pregnant. Normally I am not big on pregnant story lines but I have to admit I would have read this anyway. You cannot get enough of these people. Finding out how Cash responds to being a dad is absolutely the best. My favorite scene is when he is in a toy store learning from none other than Boss Man. I won’t give away spoilers but it is one of the sweetest scenes ever.The best part is that while this is the third book regarding Cash and Nic you do not have to have read the others. It stands alone as a story but it adds so much perfection to the narrative story. If you are looking for a super sexy, spine tingling, intriguing story that doesn’t take a long time to read…do yourself a favor and pick up this book and then the rest of the series (Titan and Delta).

With her trademark witticisms, Harber delivers a solid story with Sweet One. This book tugs at the heartstrings with Cash's injuries and the couple learning to deal with a baby on the way. There is a side serving of action as the Titan group handles Nicola's past with the mafia and of course, we can't forget Sugar and her trademark sarcasm/humor! Cash and Nicola have grown on me over time to become one of my favorite book couples to read about so it was a nice surprise to check in on them and their new bundle of joy! Garrison's Creed and Sweet Girl are must reads before picking up Sweet One to really appreciate the history these two have.

Surprise! That's what Cristin told her fans when she released this book. What an incredible little surprise this was too. This is a continuation of Cash and Nicola's story, the couple to get now two novella's and a full story. It is a true Titan story, full of romance, love, incredible protectiveness, and some "bad-assery" from the boys we love so well.This story ended too soon! That's the downfall to novella's but I savored every word as I read the new release. Cash is my absolute favorite of the Titan and Delta team combined so I was just a little excited to get my hands on this release! I have extremely high expectations from Cristin as she has released nothing but perfectness in each story she has written, and my expectations were met and then some.This story starts out with a tense moment. It will leave you sitting on the edge of your seat, will gave you pulling at your finger nails, and may leave you gripping your kindle or book a little hard. Of course, you do get to breathe and relax as you work your way into the story. It will likely give you goosebumps in areas as it did me. It will leave you feeling swoony and may even get you weird looks when you end the story with a very audible "Awe".Do I recommend this book? Absolutely! I recommend every single story written by this incredible author and woman. She is an absolute gem and one author I am truly excited to share with you!

Every now and then, Cristin teases her readers with #supersecretproject hashtags. And then suddenly, she goes, BOOM! New release :)If you have followed the Titan series, then you know Cash and Nic. If you are a fan of Cristin's, you know that Cash and Nic are the closest to her heart, so it comes as no surprise that these two have not one, but two novellas. Cash and Nic's relationship started well before Titan, so that story was understandable. This one?Well, being a Cash fan, I think this one was well worth the writing.I do suggest reading Hart Attack before/during Sweet One, but only because the opening scene is taken right from big brother Roman's book, except this time, we finally get to hear what Nic told her husband over the secure headset.In this short novella, we watch as Nic battles the wife side of the lifestyle she and her husband are a part of. We watch as Nic finds comfort in her big brother. We watch as things finally get tied up between Roman and Nic. We watch as this family unit that Titan is, comes together to support Nic and Cash. But more than that... we watch as Cash fights the possibility that being a sniper may not be in his cards. He battles the fears that he's not enough for Nic anymore. He struggles with a serious brain injury... And we see that some of the parts of their pasts aren't quiet as cut and dry and gone any more...I absolutely love any and every glimpse we get with all the Titan couples. Cristin has written them in a way that you can't help but want to know what is going on with their lives. This extra view into Cash and Nic's life was a surprise, albeit a welcome one. I truly enjoyed every single page in this book. Cash's alpha tendencies had me cracking up and crying -- both in sorrow and in love. I cannot get over the range of emotion we were given in such a short amount of pages.If you've a fan of Titan, you will devour this book.

It was a perfect continuation to Cash and Nicola's story. Cristin Harber catches her readers and keeps them reeled in! She is hot, hot, HOT! !

I love surprises and when it’s one from Cristin Harber I know it’s going to be ah-may-zing …. And it totally was. Cash and Nicola are my favourite couple in the Titan series, I fell in love with them in Garrisons Creed so when Sweet Girl was released I was all over that. Loved that one too. But Sweet One!! Now this one I really love hard.Once again, CH had me from word one, I was ready to hunt her down if she did anything to my Cash!! Instead we got a glimpse of Cash and Nic after marriage, seeing how when Nic needed to step up for Cash, she did. I loved seeing her vulnerability too, who woulda thunk Nicola could get hormonal and emotional lol.I was in Titan nirvana with glimpses at some of the couples, and not once whilst reading this treat did it feel rushed. THIS right here is how you do a novella, and hit it out of the park. It’s going on my favourites list, this must be the first novella to make it on there. I absolutely LOVED it.

If you love kick arse action and smart and loving characters this is the series for you. Cash and Nicola have navigated a twisting road and their love trust and faith in each other is awesome.

This was an unexpected treat in the Titan series. Until it arrived I did not know it existed. As with the other Titan series stories, it is an excellent story, well written further developing the characters who appear in the other books. It was great to read another story centring on Nicola and Cash and to see the helicopter journey from Hart Attack as Nicola saw it. I also enjoyed seeing more of the other characters from the series. Definitely a must read, especially for those who have read the other books in the series. I have no hesitation in recommending it.
