Stability = Safety
I bought this for my husband, he has 2 bone on bone knees and this gives him a sense of stability when they are really acting up. He didn't want to walk with a cane so this is a great alternative especially if walking across the yard if the ground is uneven. Not to mention that it is actually a beautiful peice of wood. Definitely worth trying !

Perfect for outdoor walking
It is exactly what I wanted. I use a cane for balance on uneven surfaces but this doesn't work so well when on grass or unpaved areas. This tall walking stick is perfect for giving me the stability I needed.

Better than a cane
Really like it, I’m 74 but really didn’t need a cane or walker but wanted something I could use when walking in case I slipped. It supports up to 250 lbs and the wood is beautiful.

Almost perfect
I use this walking stick to take a 3 mile walk in the park. It would be absolutely perfect if the webbing on the grip area were just a little bit bigger. A longer walking stick if going to be used by a larger man, and his hands are going to also be bigger.
